Recording Is Not Monitoring
Netex Security exists because most businesses already own the cameras they need and nobody is watching them. We supply the part that is missing: trained people, a written protocol, and a report the next morning.
A Monitoring and Operations Partner
Netex Security provides live human CCTV monitoring and business-operations support for residential and commercial clients. Trained operators watch compatible camera feeds, verify what they see, follow client-approved escalation instructions, and produce written reports.
Alongside security monitoring we support workforce and operational visibility, inventory and finance observation, and telecom business operations. These are separate services with separate scopes, and they are delivered under separate agreements and permissions.
We are not a CCTV installation company, an alarm retailer, a guarding company, an accounting firm, or an artificial-intelligence software vendor. We are people watching cameras and writing down what happened.
The Difference Between Recording and Responding
A recorded camera produces evidence after the fact. A monitored camera produces a decision while there is still time to make one.
Live human monitoring
Operators watch the feeds. Software may help bring a feed forward, but nothing reaches you without a person having assessed it first.
Written protocols
Your monitoring schedule, priority zones, escalation sequence, and reporting requirements are documented before monitoring begins.
Authorised access only
Named, role-based accounts you create and can revoke. No shared logins, no owner credentials, no passwords over unsecured channels.
Verification before escalation
Activity is assessed against your threshold before anyone is contacted, so alerts stay worth answering.
Consistent reporting
The same report structure every day, so patterns become visible and sites can be compared honestly.
Internationally scalable
Clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, with one protocol standard applied across every site.

Things You Will Not Find on This Site
- Invented statistics about incidents prevented or sites protected
- Testimonials from clients who do not exist
- Stock photographs presented as our team or our premises
- Awards, certifications, or accreditations we do not hold
- Years of experience we cannot evidence
- A promise that monitoring prevents crime
Everything we can and cannot do is stated plainly on the Service Limitations page. It is worth reading before you talk to any monitoring provider, including us.
Privacy, Access and Client Communication
We do not use facial recognition, do not profile individuals across visits, and never monitor bathrooms, changing rooms, sleeping areas, or other private spaces. Employee monitoring is carried out only within documented, disclosed policies. See the Employee Monitoring and Workplace Privacy Notice.
Every system we touch is accessed through named credentials issued by the client, with least-privilege permissions and an audit trail. See the Authorized Account Access Policy.
No two sites are monitored identically. The protocol is written with you, applies only to your site, and can be changed in writing at any time.
Escalations reach you by the channel you choose. Reports arrive on a fixed schedule in a fixed structure. Between the two, you should never have to ask what happened last night.
