Netex Security has been a valuable support for our grocery store, particularly during after-hours monitoring. Their operators are attentive, the reports are easy to understand, and we receive updates without having to constantly check the cameras ourselves. The overall experience has been smooth and professional.Grocery and Supermarket
Device Activation Support
Every minute a salesperson spends finishing an activation is a minute they are not selling the next one.
Activation work is unavoidable and rarely well timed. It arrives in bursts, it has to be completed accurately, and it competes directly with the customer standing at the counter.
Netex Security provides authorised support for this work under the same permission framework as all portal activity. The intent is straightforward: keep the administrative queue moving so the store floor stays staffed.
Test this service on your own cameras
Three nights of live human monitoring, a written CCTV risk review, and reports covering what was observed. No new equipment required.
Activities supported
- New line activation processing
- Device upgrade processing
- SIM activation and replacement
- eSIM provisioning where the platform supports it
- Port-in follow-up and status chasing

- Correction of incomplete activation records
- Escalation of failed activations to the appropriate carrier channel
How the workflow runs
- Store submits the activation queue through the agreed channel
- Work is processed within the agreed service window
- Exceptions and blocked activations are returned with a reason, not left pending
- A daily summary confirms what was completed and what remains
- Recurring failure patterns are reported for the store to address
Service Conditions
Portal services require authorised client access, written permission, role-based credentials, and appropriate account-security controls. Netex Security never requests or displays portal passwords publicly, and does not use shared or undocumented credentials.
Activation work involves customer personal data. It is processed only within your authorised systems, under your instructions, and in line with your own privacy obligations and the applicable law.
Carrier systems, credit decisions, and network provisioning are outside Netex Security’s control. We process what is authorised and report what fails, but we cannot guarantee a carrier outcome.
Full conditions applying to every Netex Security service are set out on the Service Limitations page.

Questions about device activation support
How quickly are activations processed?
Within the service window agreed with you. Windows are set per client based on your trading hours and typical volume.
What happens if an activation fails?
It is returned to the store with the reason and, where possible, the next action. Failed items are never left sitting silently in a queue.
Do you speak to our customers?
Not unless that is separately agreed and authorised. The default is back-office processing only, with the store keeping the customer relationship.
