Reports fail for two reasons: they arrive in different formats each time, or they are so long that the important line is buried on page four. Both problems end the same way, with nobody reading them.
The daily operational report has a fixed structure. Sections stay in the same order, exceptions come first, and everything carries a timestamp and camera reference so anything can be checked in under a minute.

Retention

Can we get the report in our own format?
The structure can be adapted to your template, and fields can be added or removed. What we keep is the consistency: the same sections in the same order every day.
Who receives the reports?
Whoever you nominate. Distribution can differ by report type, so a store manager might receive the daily and head office only the weekly.
What happens on a completely uneventful day?
You still receive the report, confirming the monitored hours, the checks completed, and that no exceptions were observed. A quiet report is a record too.
