Case studies

How Engagements Actually Run

Case studies are published only when a client has approved them or when they can be fully anonymised. Nothing on this page is reconstructed, estimated, or written to sound impressive.

Why This Page Is Not Full of Numbers

Most security websites publish percentages that nobody can verify. We would rather show you the structure a case study will take, and fill it in only when a client signs off on the content.

What each published case study will contain

  • Client type — described by category, not by name, unless the client has agreed to be named
  • Industry — the sector the site operates in
  • General location — country or region only
  • Security or operational challenge — what prompted the engagement
  • Monitoring setup — hours, zones, and the shape of the protocol
  • Operator observations — what was actually seen
  • Escalation or reporting action — what happened next
  • Business outcome — stated only where the client has verified it
  • Related services — links to the services involved

In the meantime

If you want to know how monitoring would work on a site like yours, the fastest answer is not a case study about someone else. It is a free CCTV risk review and three monitored nights on your own cameras.

Free CCTV Risk Review

Run the test on your own site instead

Request a free CCTV risk review and three nights of live human monitoring using your compatible existing cameras. No new equipment purchase is required.

  • Existing CCTV coverage reviewWe look at what your cameras currently see, and what they do not.
  • Camera compatibility reviewWe confirm whether your NVR, DVR, or cloud platform can be monitored securely.
  • Monitoring-gap identificationBlind spots, unmonitored hours, and unclear escalation paths are documented.
  • Three nights of live human monitoringTrained operators watch your feeds on an agreed schedule.
  • Monitoring and incident reportsYou receive written reports covering what was observed.
  • No new CCTV equipment requiredThe test runs on the cameras you already own.
