Our warehouse requires careful monitoring of entrances, loading areas, and inventory zones. Netex Security understands these requirements and provides clear information whenever unusual activity is observed. Their reports are detailed, their communication is quick, and the monitoring team has been dependable.Warehouse
Improve Inventory Visibility Across Every Location
Stock records tell you what should be there. Cameras and access logs tell you what actually moved, when, and through which door.
Inventory discrepancies are usually discovered weeks after the cause. By the time a count comes back short, the receiving error, the mis-scanned transfer, or the item that walked out the back has long since disappeared from anyone’s memory.
Netex Security supports inventory work by observing stock as it moves and by reporting discrepancies while they are still traceable. This is a distinct service from finance and loss prevention, and it is delivered separately.

Service Conditions
Inventory services depend on available camera coverage, authorised system access, client records, and technical integrations. Where a stock area is not covered by cameras, or records are not supplied, observations will be incomplete and we will say so.
Netex Security may provide monitoring observations, reconciliation support, and management reports. Final accounting, tax, payroll, audit, legal, and financial decisions remain the client’s responsibility. Netex Security is not a licensed accounting firm.
Netex Security does not replace your inventory management software, and does not maintain your stock ledger. We observe, verify where possible, and report discrepancies for your team to resolve.
Full conditions applying to every Netex Security service are set out on the Service Limitations page.

Questions about inventory management
Can you count our stock?
We can support a count and observe it taking place, and we can report what the cameras showed. We cannot perform a physical count remotely, and any count remains yours to conduct and sign off.
Can you track individual devices by serial number?
Where you authorise access to the relevant records and the process is visible on camera, IMEI and serial-record support is possible. This is most common in telecom and is covered in more detail under telecom inventory management.
Why is this separate from finance and loss prevention?
Because they are different disciplines with different records, different people responsible, and different reporting cycles. Combining them tends to produce a report that serves neither.
