Acceptable Use Policy
What our services may be used for, and what we will refuse.
Legitimate purposes

Requests we will refuse
- Monitoring of bathrooms, changing rooms, sleeping areas, or other private spaces.
- Covert surveillance of an individual, including a family member, partner, employee, or neighbour.
- Monitoring of cameras the requester does not own or is not authorised to access.
- Monitoring intended to harass, intimidate, stalk, or discriminate against any person.
- Access to accounts or systems without documented authorisation from their owner.
- Any activity that would breach applicable privacy, employment, or communications law.
- Any request to alter, delete, or fabricate a monitoring record or report.
Ownership and authorisation
Clients must own the cameras and systems they ask us to monitor, or hold documented authority from the owner. We may ask for evidence of this before an engagement begins.
Consequences
Where a client uses our services outside this policy, we may suspend or terminate the engagement. Where we are required by law to report a matter, we will comply with that obligation.
Reporting concerns
