You define the daily checks. We run them from the cameras and report only the exceptions, so a manager receives a short list of things to fix rather than a long list of things that were fine.

Your daily checklist or SOPs, your trading hours, and the cameras that cover the relevant areas. If you do not have written procedures, the CCTV risk review is a reasonable place to start building them.
Is this useful for a single site?
Yes, particularly for owners who are not on site daily. It is most valuable, though, for multi-site operators who currently rely on periodic visits.
Can operations monitoring run without security monitoring?
It can, though most clients combine them, since the operator is already watching the same feeds.
