We confirm your location, system type, camera count, and the hours you want monitored.
Risk review and compatibility check
We assess coverage and confirm which cameras can be monitored securely.
Protocol and access
Escalation instructions are agreed in writing, and you issue named credentials.
Three monitored nights and reports
Operators monitor on schedule; you receive reports and the review findings.
Access during the test uses named, role-based accounts you create, with least-privilege permissions and multi-factor authentication where supported. You can revoke access at any moment. Everything observed is confidential under our Security and Confidentiality Policy.
Three nights is enough to show you what live monitoring finds and whether your cameras support it. It is not enough to establish a pattern, and it does not guarantee that an incident will occur or be detected during that window.
Questions about the security test
Who qualifies for the security test?
Residential and commercial clients who already own a camera system that can be accessed securely and produces usable images. If your system cannot support monitoring, we tell you during the review rather than proceeding anyway.
Is there really no equipment purchase?
Correct. We do not sell cameras, recorders, or installation. If your coverage has genuine gaps we will describe them so your own installer can quote, and we have no commercial interest in that quote.
What happens after the three nights?
You receive the reports and the risk review findings, and we discuss whether ongoing monitoring makes sense. If it does not, you keep the findings. There is no automatic rollover onto a paid service.
How is our access kept secure during the test?
Exactly as it would be on a paid engagement: named accounts you create, least-privilege permissions, multi-factor authentication where supported, and revocation by you at any time. See the Authorized Account Access Policy.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually a few working days from first contact to first monitored night, depending on how quickly access can be issued and tested.
