Accessibility Statement
Our approach to making this site usable for everyone.
Our approach
This website has been built to work for people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria.
What we have implemented
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a skip link on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, including the mobile menu and multi-step forms.
- Visible focus indicators that are not removed for aesthetic reasons.
- Form fields with associated labels, required-field indication, and error messages that describe the problem.
- Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds for body text and interface elements.
- Alternative text on images that carry meaning, and empty alt attributes on decorative images.
- Animation suppressed automatically when the operating system requests reduced motion.
- Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to small screen widths.
Known limitations
Third-party embeds, including advertising measurement tools, are outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard. Where we identify a barrier we will fix it or provide an alternative route to the same information.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site is difficult to use, please tell us using the details on the Contact page, describing the page and what happened. We will respond and, where possible, provide the information you needed in another format.
