Netex Security has made it much easier for me to stay informed about what is happening at my grocery store, especially outside normal business hours. Their team monitors the cameras carefully and provides clear updates and reports. The communication has been professional from the beginning, and the service has been very reliable.Grocery and Supermarket
Visitor and Delivery Monitoring
Everything that arrives and everything that leaves, with the time it happened and the camera it happened on.
Delivery disputes are usually settled by whoever has the better record. Without one, a short shipment becomes a conversation about who remembers what, and the supplier is remembering their side of it.
Netex Security timestamps arrivals and departures, observes what was moved where the cameras allow, and produces a written record you can put in front of a supplier or a courier.

Service Conditions
Operators can observe activity that is visible on camera. They cannot reliably count items inside sealed cartons, verify contents, or confirm weights. Observations support your own goods-in process rather than replacing it.
Visitor observation must comply with applicable privacy law. We record operational facts relevant to the delivery or visit, not personal profiles of individuals.
Full conditions applying to every Netex Security service are set out on the Service Limitations page.

Questions about visitor and delivery monitoring
Can you confirm how many pallets were delivered?
Where the loading area is well covered and pallets are visible, an operator can usually give an observed count and note it as an observation. Where the view is partial, we say so rather than guessing.
Can you tell me if a contractor actually worked the hours they billed?
We can report observed arrival and departure times and whether they were present in the working area covered by cameras. What is done with that is your commercial decision.
Do you check visitors in?
No. This is observation and record-keeping, not a reception or access-control service. We do not admit visitors or operate door releases.
