Improve Financial Visibility and Reduce Preventable Losses
Most preventable loss is small, repeated, and invisible in a monthly report. Camera observation attached to transaction records is how it becomes visible.
Losses of this kind rarely arrive as a single dramatic event. They accumulate: a refund with no customer present, a discount applied to a friend, a drawer opened between sales, a fuel drive-off nobody logged. Each is small enough to ignore and frequent enough to matter.
Netex Security supports finance and loss prevention by observing what happens at the point where money and stock change hands, and by reporting discrepancies to the people responsible for acting on them. We are a monitoring and reporting partner. We are not your accountant.

Service Conditions
Netex Security may provide monitoring observations, reconciliation support, and management reports. Final accounting, tax, payroll, audit, legal, and financial decisions remain the client’s responsibility. Netex Security is not a licensed accounting firm.
Observations describe visible activity. They are not proof of dishonesty, and Netex Security does not make findings of theft or misconduct. Investigations, employment decisions, and any report to authorities are the client’s responsibility.
Matching transactions to video requires either POS integration or transaction records supplied by you. Where neither exists, observations are limited to what the camera alone can show.
Full conditions applying to every Netex Security service are set out on the Service Limitations page.

Questions about finance and loss prevention
Do you provide accounting services?
No. Netex Security is not a licensed accounting firm. We provide monitoring observations, reconciliation support, and management reports. Final accounting, tax, payroll, audit, legal, and financial decisions remain yours.
Can you prove an employee took money?
We can report what a camera showed at a given time and provide the references to retrieve that footage. Whether it proves anything is a matter for your investigation, your legal advisers, and potentially the authorities.
Do you need access to our POS system?
Not necessarily. POS integration makes transaction matching far stronger, but useful observation is possible from cameras alone, and many clients begin that way. See POS exception verification.
How is this different from inventory management?
Finance work follows the money at the point of transaction. Inventory management follows the stock through receiving, storage, transfer, and count. They are separate services and are delivered separately.
