Netex Security has been a valuable support for our grocery store, particularly during after-hours monitoring. Their operators are attentive, the reports are easy to understand, and we receive updates without having to constantly check the cameras ourselves. The overall experience has been smooth and professional.Grocery and Supermarket
Carrier Portal Support
Portal work is the administrative weight behind every telecom sale. It is repetitive, deadline-bound, and it does not stop when the store gets busy.
Activations, transfers, inventory updates, and order processing all happen in carrier and inventory platforms rather than on the shop floor. When a store is short-staffed, this is the work that slips, and incomplete portal activity turns into commission problems and compliance findings later.
Netex Security provides authorised operational support in these platforms. This service exists entirely inside a permission framework: written authorisation, named credentials issued by you, defined scope, and an audit trail.

Service Conditions
Portal services require authorised client access, written permission, role-based credentials, and appropriate account-security controls. Netex Security never requests or displays portal passwords publicly, and does not use shared or undocumented credentials.
Your agreements with carriers and platform providers govern who may access their systems. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that third-party operational support is permitted under those agreements before access is granted.
Netex Security performs only the activities you have authorised in writing. We do not make commercial decisions, do not approve credit, and do not act outside the defined scope.
Full conditions applying to every Netex Security service are set out on the Service Limitations page.

Questions about carrier portal support
Do you need our passwords?
No. You issue named user credentials with the permissions the work requires, exactly as you would for an employee. We never ask for a shared or owner-level login, and portal credentials are never displayed or discussed publicly.
Is this allowed under our carrier agreement?
That depends on your specific agreement, and it is your responsibility to confirm it. We will ask you to confirm authorisation in writing before any access is arranged.
What happens when a member of your team leaves the engagement?
You revoke their credentials. Because access is named and role-based rather than shared, removal is immediate and complete.
Can you handle activations during our busiest hours?
That is the most common reason clients start this service. Scheduling is agreed in advance so cover matches your actual peak.
