Incident Alerts and Escalation
You decide who gets contacted, in what order, and at what hour. Netex Security follows the client’s approved escalation protocol, without improvising.
An escalation protocol is a document you write and we execute. It names the people to contact, the order to contact them in, what counts as urgent enough to wake someone, and what an operator should do when the first contact does not answer.
Because the protocol is written and agreed in advance, nobody is making judgement calls about your business at two in the morning. The operator follows the sequence you approved.

Service Conditions
Netex Security follows the client’s approved escalation protocol. We do not promise automatic police dispatch in every situation. Whether authorities attend, and how quickly, is decided by those authorities and not by us.
Escalation depends on your nominated contacts being reachable. Where a contact cannot be reached, the operator continues down the approved sequence and records each attempt.
Full conditions applying to every Netex Security service are set out on the Service Limitations page.

Questions about incident alerts and escalation
Can I change the escalation list?
Yes, at any time, in writing. Protocols change as staff change, and out-of-date contact lists are one of the most common weaknesses we find during a CCTV risk review.
Will you call the police for me?
Only where your written protocol authorises it and the situation matches the criteria you defined. We record the contact and continue updating you. We cannot guarantee attendance or response times.
What if nobody answers the phone at night?
The operator continues through your escalation sequence, attempts each contact, and logs every attempt with a timestamp. You can nominate a final fallback contact for exactly this situation.
