These terms govern your use of this website. They do not replace the service agreement signed between Netex Security and a client, which governs the delivery of any service. Where the two differ, the signed service agreement takes precedence.

Use of this website

• Content on this site is provided for information about our services.
• You may not use this site to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
• Content, layout, and branding on this site remain the property of Netex Security.

Service descriptions

Service pages describe what a service typically includes. The actual scope of any engagement is defined in the service agreement and monitoring protocol agreed with the client, which take precedence over any description on this site.

No guarantee of outcome

Monitoring reduces the time between an event and a response. It does not eliminate risk. Netex Security does not guarantee that all theft, crime, loss, misconduct, or emergencies will be detected or prevented. Please read our Service Limitations page, which forms part of how our services are described.

Enquiries and the security test

Submitting a form does not create a contract. The free CCTV risk review and three-night monitoring test are offered subject to compatibility, availability, and a signed test agreement covering access and data handling.

Third-party links and platforms

This site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netex Security is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in connection with services is governed by the signed service agreement.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to any engagement is stated in the relevant service agreement.
