Service Conditions
Mixed estates
Sites with incompatible or unreachable systems cannot be monitored simply because other sites in the group can. Compatibility is confirmed per location, and we report which sites fall outside scope.
Comparison limits
Location comparisons reflect what cameras at each site can see. Sites with denser coverage will generate more observations, and that difference should be read as coverage, not as risk.

Questions about multi-location cctv monitoring
Do all my sites need the same camera brand?
No. Mixed estates are normal. Each system is assessed on whether it can be accessed securely and produces usable images, not on the badge on the camera.
Can area managers get their own reports?
Yes. Reporting can be structured by site, by region, or by role, so an area manager receives their group and head office receives the consolidated view.
Can we start with a few sites?
That is the usual approach. Most groups start with their highest-risk locations, review a month of reports, and expand from there.
