Netex Security has been a valuable support for our grocery store, particularly during after-hours monitoring. Their operators are attentive, the reports are easy to understand, and we receive updates without having to constantly check the cameras ourselves. The overall experience has been smooth and professional.Grocery and Supermarket
Telecom Inventory Management
Devices move constantly: in from the warehouse, between stores, out to customers, back as returns. Every hop is a place for a record to go wrong.
Telecom inventory is unusually unforgiving. Each unit is individually identified, individually valuable, and individually reconcilable, so a single mis-keyed transfer surfaces weeks later as a device that exists in one system and nowhere else.
Netex Security supports device inventory work by observing physical stock movements and by supporting reconciliation against the records you authorise us to access.

Inventory services depend on available camera coverage, authorised system access, client records, and technical integrations. IMEI and serial work requires explicit written authorisation and appropriate access controls.
Portal services require authorised client access, written permission, role-based credentials, and appropriate account-security controls. Netex Security never requests or displays portal passwords publicly, and does not use shared or undocumented credentials.
Netex Security may provide monitoring observations, reconciliation support, and management reports. Final accounting, tax, payroll, audit, legal, and financial decisions remain the client’s responsibility. Netex Security is not a licensed accounting firm.

Questions about telecom inventory management
Can you access our inventory platform directly?
Only with written authorisation, named role-based credentials issued by you, and the security controls set out in our Authorized Account Access Policy. We do not use shared logins.
Can you find a specific missing device?
We can support a search: reviewing the relevant records where authorised, and reviewing camera footage around the last known movement. Whether it is found depends on coverage and on how long ago it moved.
Do you do the physical count?
No. Your staff count; we can observe the count taking place and support the reconciliation of the results.
